What we process
To provide Referraly Packs, we process account data, optional resume text and uploads, profile fields you enter, job descriptions you paste, generated pack outputs, and payment metadata from our payments provider (for example order and payment IDs, not full card numbers).
AI processing
Generation is performed using third-party AI providers you configure on the backend. Prompts include your resume text, profile, and job description so the model can tailor outputs. Do not paste secrets or highly sensitive personal data you do not want processed by an AI vendor.
Storage
Data is stored in our database and object storage (for example resume files and exported PDFs) under access controls. Row-level security limits access to your own records when using the authenticated product.
Deletion requests
To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, contact support from your registered email. We will verify ownership and process deletion subject to legal or accounting retention requirements.
